Artist Spotlight - Nongraffital

One of my favorite things used to be looking at all of the jewelry that people made out of the cabochons that my parents cut and sold. They had hundreds of photos of jewelry of all different types that I could spend hours looking at and admiring. In fact, I recently found their old Flickr page and that is exactly what I have been doing in my free time. It provides so much inspiration to see the pieces that people make.

When my mom and I opened Northwood Cabs on Etsy, I was not expecting to be sent photos of the jewelry that people make out of the cabs that I cut. However, just recently our shop received three new reviews, and included with those reviews were pictures of the three pieces of jewelry that were made with the purchased cabochons. I was over the moon! These necklaces were gorgeous! I knew immediately that I wanted to share this artist so more people could discover her lovely work as well as become just inspired as I have by her outstanding talent. Nongraffital (Sarah) on Etsy has hundreds of beautiful pieces of jewelry for sale. One of her pendants looks like an owl and the way it is wrapped is just perfect! Her style is so unique and each and every piece is special for its own reasons.

My personal favorite, although I am a little biased since my mom cut this cab, is her Calico Lace Agate pendant. The way she designed this piece is elegant, eye-catching, and enchanting. However, the intricate design of this Plume Agate pendant is another one of my favorites. I just absolutely love everything about it. I am so impressed with her shop and the phenomenal jewelry that she creates!
